Mark EatonandClaude Opus 4.6 b066d5cd12 fix dropdown fade animation by specifying transition property

The .fade rule only set transition-duration without specifying
transition-property, so opacity changes were instant. Also fixes
a typo where the webkit duration was 5s instead of 0.5s.

About this repository

The files here are copied from Kingsborough Library's LibGuides Admin interface. They will not produce a workable site on their own, but you can glue them together in LibGuides; and with the relevant JS/CSS libraries added in, you can produce a working site along these lines: https://library.kbcc.cuny.edu
